Electronic warfare is our ground.

A group by design — specialist companies, each deep in its field, covering the chain that answers a moving threat: detect, exploit, deny, protect.

How the group is built

What binds the group’s companies is a shared command of spectrum engineering — the discipline beneath the work. It keeps each one current, and makes the group one system — offered in parts or whole.

01

Deliberately a group.

Each company holds a chosen position and strengthens the ones around it.

02

Expertise at the source.

An Israeli signal-processing skillset, shaped by constant operational use — and hard to replicate: scarce RF, SDR and signal-processing talent; measurement environments and operational feedback built up over decades; and the cross-domain judgment to size the response to each case.

03

Product and project.

From an established system through adaptation to new development; and from specialist, through partner, to prime.

04

Shared infrastructure.

A shared command, control and fusion layer, and in-house manufacturing, run beneath every company.

05

The forward edge.

The intelligence layer grows in weight: as AI turns observed spectrum into advantage, the spine becomes a core capability in its own right.

The operational reality

Electronic warfare is won as a system, under contest — and the contest is widening. Unmanned systems have moved from niche assets to a primary driver of force design, across air, land and sea. Each step up — cheap FPV, coordinated swarms, crewed-uncrewed teams, attritable autonomy at scale — runs on the spectrum. The higher the threat climbs, the more it plays to ground TNG has held for over two decades. The standard is set by the cost of failure in the field.

Answering the threat

The ground.

Our ground within the spectrum is soft-kill. A threat leaves a footprint — the channels it depends on, the ones it reveals itself in. That footprint is the handle: where to detect it, where to deny it, and, where the spectrum is turned against you, where to protect your own.

The chain.

A threat is answered along a chain, each function with a clean job:

01

Detect

sense the threat across RF, cellular and acoustic signals.

02

Exploit

locate, identify and draw intelligence from hostile signals.

03

Deny

disrupt or defeat hostile links and devices.

04

Protect

keep own-force communications alive under contest.

The group covers the whole chain — each domain held by a different company:

Capability Matrix

Detects and denies the threat's link: counter-RCIED, counter-UAS, communication jamming.

detectdeny
AterosCommunications (cellular, Wi-Fi, BT, VHF/UHF)

Detects, exploits and denies emitters — SIGINT and selective blocking.

detectexploitdeny
InsoundzAcoustic

Detects by sound, reaching RF-silent threats such as fibre-optic UAS.

detect
UbiqamOwn cellular comms

Protects the link when it is jammed or drowned in interference.

protect

Beneath the chain — Kineti (the group’s C2 and fusion spine) and in-house manufacturing run under every company.

Sized to the case.

Our response is sized to what the requirement calls for, judged openly with the customer.

01

Off-the-shelf

A proven product answers the requirement as it ships.

02

Adaptation

The product is engineered to fit the setup, including to interoperate with equipment already fielded.

03

Major R&D

The requirement exceeds the standard range, and a new capability is developed to meet it.

Where the response is going

The decisive work is moving up — from sensing a signal to acting on the intelligence in it. This is ground the group already holds; as the spectrum fight expands, the group expands with it.

Deeper reach across the domains we already work in.

02

The intelligence layer.

AI turning observed spectrum into advantage: classification, multi-domain fusion, spectrum forensics.

03

New signals.

Crossing into new signals: satellite, down to the modem — detect, locate, timing.

How we engage

Customers and role.

TNG can take any of three roles, because the group holds both ends — each company a deep specialist, and the group able to integrate and manufacture a whole system to prime. The engagement, or the tender, sets the level:

01

Prime

TNG delivers and integrates the whole system, direct to the customer.

02

Partner

A specialist contribution inside a larger integrated programme.

03

Specialist

A capability supplied into a prime’s system, under their lead.

Method and continuity.

01

Co-create.

The customer owns the requirement and the decision; we own the engineering and the recommendation.

02

A lasting relationship.

A reactive threat makes every delivered system a moving baseline: the same relationship keeps it current as the threat evolves — upgrades, adaptation and refresh, with no re-procurement.
